  Group Fitness
   
     
   
Group exercise classes help you improve your fitness level as you strengthen, stretch and increase your aerobic capacity. There is a class for everyone in our schedule of 140+ classes weekly!
   
   
     
Age/level: Participants must be age 13 or older; classes available for all fitness levels.  
     
Ideal for: Designed for participants looking for a fun group fitness workout. The instructor will guide you through a challenging cardiovascular workout that changes in intensity as you are taught correct technique and form to maximize your results. See also: Fitness Class descriptions

Getting started: Attire is comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Medical clearance may be required for thos with recent or chronic health matters. Please consult with the instructor prior to your first class to determine if clearance is necessary.   Mind/Body
   
     
   
Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, NIA, Somatics® and flexibility classes. These classes are designed to strengthen your spirit, mind and body.
   
   
     
Age/level: Participants must be age 13 or older; classes available for all fitness levels.  
     
Ideal for: Designed for participants looking for a total workout that strengthens the spirit and mind, as well as the body. The instructor will guide you through a workout that teaches correct technique and form to maximize results.

  Studio Cycling
   
     
   
Group exercise classes taught on stationary bikes.
   
   
Age/level: Participants must be age 13 or older; classes available for all fitness levels.  
     
Ideal for: Designed for participants looking for a fun cycling workout. The instructor will guide you through a challenging cardiovascular workout that changes in intensity as you are taught correct technique and form to maximize results.  
     
Location: Loft Cycling Studio. See current fitness schedule for class times.  
     
Getting started: A lite cycling class is held every Thursday at 8am in the cycling loft. Introductory classes are also available by appointment if your unable to attend the Thursday 8am class. For more information, contact Shannon Hughes, (760) 942-9622, ext. 1419
